Intern* in Production & Quality Assurance

Wasserburg am Inn • Full-time, internship • 38 hours per week • Depends on contract type (voluntary or mandatory internship) • Start date: September 2026 (Duration: 6 months)

Your Responsibilities

Taking samples from production (e.g., CIP checks) to ensure product quality in accordance with established standards
Careful documentation of the sampling process and recording of relevant data (e.g., measurement values, test results, observations) using QM tools or appropriate software
Evaluating the results against established specifications and standards
Close collaboration with production and quality management to quickly identify and resolve potential issues
Supporting Quality Management during audits, process controls, and the optimization of workflows
Actively contributing to compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO certifications, HACCP)

Your Profile

Degree in food technology, biotechnology, process engineering, or a comparable field
Ideally, some prior experience in quality assurance
Technical understanding, particularly of production processes and machinery, is a plus
High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
A team-oriented approach to work and a passion for collaborating with various departments
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
