Your responsibilities with us:
- Customer Service & Growth: Taking over and continuously maintaining the existing customer base for dairy products.
- New Customer Acquisition: Actively and strategically acquiring new customers.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Responsibility for the entire sales process, including preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and calculating costs.
- Relationship management: Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support and transparent communication.
- Liaison Role: Close collaboration with various departments at our headquarters and production sites to continuously optimize processes.
- Control & Reporting: Contract management, as well as monitoring and analyzing relevant sales metrics
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Business acumen in private-label operations and several years of sales experience, preferably in the field of (dairy) raw materials or agricultural goods.
- Mindset: A strong entrepreneurial mindset, a results-oriented approach, and a high degree of personal responsibility and independence.
- Education: Completed business apprenticeship or a degree in foreign trade, international business, or a comparable qualification.
- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Personality: Motivation, assertiveness, resilience, and strong negotiation skills in an international context.
