Production Sub-Division Manager (m/f/d)
What you’ll be passionate about
- Organizing and managing the smooth flow of production
- Ensuring production is completed on time and within budget
- Inspecting raw materials, products, and byproducts
- Collaborating on production management and control
- Planning and managing subordinate staff
- Compliance with and monitoring of quality standards, legal and hygiene regulations, and occupational safety measures
- Cross-departmental coordination in the absence of the department head
- Establishing a continuous improvement process
What We’re Looking for in You
- A college degree (or equivalent) in food technology
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting, ideally in the food industry
- Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (e.g., animal welfare, food law, labor law, etc.)
- Basic understanding of labor law
- Understanding of technical processes
- Basic proficiency with IT systems and data security
