Your responsibilities with us:
- Responsibility for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Ensuring the availability and performance of the ERP systems
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing measures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Working closely with internal departments to understand requirements and process improvements and implement them in the ERP systems
- Analyzing and resolving errors, as well as providing support for technical issues
- Creating documentation and training materials for users
- Performing updates and upgrades to the ERP systems
- Monitoring data security and implementing security policies
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable experience in the administration of ERP systems, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- In-depth knowledge of configuring and customizing ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of database management and SQL
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
- Ability to work well in a team and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
