Your responsibilities with us:
- Preparing and analyzing reports for management
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in milk processing, including through plant visits
- Establishing, implementing, and further developing controlling processes within the scope of planning and reporting
- Independent analysis of variances between target and actual results
- Jointly developing and collecting company-relevant KPIs, deriving actions, and tracking their implementation
- Close collaboration with the financial accounting department
What You Should Bring to the Table:
- At least three years of professional experience in controlling, preferably at a manufacturing company in the dairy or food industry
- Strong aptitude for numbers and well-developed analytical skills
- A strong ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues and drive tasks forward independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (or SSRS reports) is a plus
- High flexibility, willingness to travel, and a hands-on attitude
