Your responsibilities with us:
- Overall responsibility for managing our buttermilk plant with approximately 100 employees
- Ensuring smooth production operations while complying with quality standards and legal requirements
- Planning, managing, and monitoring production processes to ensure efficient and cost-optimized production
- Leading, motivating, and developing employees
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures
- Implementing and monitoring measures to increase productivity and efficiency
- Coordinating and collaborating with the Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Sales departments
- Responsibility for budget planning and control
- Execution and monitoring of capital projects
- Maintaining and further developing the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Reporting to senior management
What you should bring to the table:
- Several years of professional experience in a management position in the dairy industry, preferably in butter production
- In-depth knowledge of production planning and control, as well as process optimization
- Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Excellent command of German at a native level
- Valid work permit and residence permit in Germany
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
