Dairy Technologist (m/f/div.) for Granulated Cream Cheese

Your diverse responsibilities:

• Production and processing of granular cream cheese
• Operating and monitoring production equipment, the production process of the milk heating systems, and separators
• Providing skim milk
• Identifying and resolving errors and defects in work and production processes
• Inspecting, maintaining, cleaning, and servicing the equipment

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a dairy technologist, food technology specialist, or a comparable program (m/f/d)
• Technical understanding of equipment, machines, and systems
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility
• Interest in food and its production
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of control systems such as Proleit or similar
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work shifts
