B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ( M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build: Acquire new international key accounts in the food retail, discount, and non-food sectors
• Develop: Design customized retail and private-label concepts in collaboration with product management and design
• Negotiating: Managing the entire acquisition and sales process from initial contact to successful product listing
• Maintain: Build lasting relationships with international buyers and category managers
• Analyze: Identify trends and market potential in the Books & Stationery sector
• Shape: Actively help develop a scalable international sales strategy

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in key account management, category management, or business development in the FMCG, retail, or publishing sectors
• Strong understanding of grocery, discount, or non-food retail structures
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers, expanding product lines, or establishing distribution partnerships
• Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills when dealing with international buyers
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills
• Experience with private label or retailer-branded products is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is welcome
