At the Orsingen-Nenzingen site—the company’s largest production facility in Europe—approximately 360 employees develop and produce customized solutions for discerning clients in the food, health, infant nutrition, and sports nutrition sectors within a dynamically growing, internationally integrated environment. This position is being filled due to retirement and offers long-term prospects, growth, and opportunities to shape the role.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for the Orsingen production site, including operational management, strategic development, and leadership of the organization
- You will ensure safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant operations, as well as the achievement of targets for quality, costs, and delivery capability
- You will lead the management team, manage the budget and performance, and, as Managing Director, bear overall responsibility for the German subsidiary and drive its further development
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a college degree in a technical or scientific field or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of leadership experience in industrial production environments and, ideally, experience managing complex sites and regulated products
- You combine a deep understanding of processes with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong commitment to values, leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational development
