We are the largest brewery group in the German beer market—and one of the most successful companies in the German beverage market: We produce beverages for both the domestic and international markets at 14 locations throughout Germany, offer a unique beverage portfolio in Germany, and—through our strong subsidiaries in beverage logistics, specialty beverage wholesale, and specialty beverage retail—successfully distribute beverages nationwide. We operate in a market that is changing dynamically and rapidly—and one that demands of its players, every single day, a great willingness to adapt, dedication, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to success. We are highly motivated to not only defend our unique market position in this challenging environment but also to resolutely expand it further. To this end, we are looking for people who are eager to make a difference—and who really hit their stride when faced with headwinds. People who understand that such a market requires a clear course of action and consistent decision-making. And who are passionate about contributing to the success of our large, ever-growing corporate family through their input, performance, commitment, and drive. To ensure we remain this successful, we’re looking for go-getters, team players, and hands-on individuals who tackle challenges consistently and with passion.
To ensure the highest possible quality of our products, we rely on modern and innovative production and bottling facilities and a responsible use of our resources. To achieve this, we need performance- and quality-oriented employees who want to actively help shape the diversity of our portfolio. Is quality the best recipe for you, too? Then you’ve come to the right place.

You take on responsibility—together with your shift team, you manage, control, and monitor the operational bottling process during your shift. In doing so, you ensure compliance with quality and hygiene regulations as well as all other relevant guidelines, particularly those related to occupational safety. You are responsible for the shift efficiency of the filling lines, support the filling management team, and—above all—your team, actively assisting on the production floor as needed during bottlenecks. You keep the Group’s and the site’s goals in mind and therefore actively work with ideas from your team to continuously improve processes by
You ensure smooth operations—you oversee and monitor the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of technical equipment and operational areas. You ensure optimal equipment availability at all times. You coordinate maintenance measures in collaboration with the Maintenance Department and identify and resolve process deviations
You lead with competence and passion—you take on the leadership, guidance, and professional development of the assigned employees (m/f/d) in the bottling area with enthusiasm and the necessary assertiveness. When creating the staffing schedule (shift and vacation planning), you ensure ideal shift staffing. You not only organize the shift briefings but also conduct them yourself.
You pay close attention—you document relevant key metrics (e.g., evaluation of daily bottling operations) and analyze them. You then derive the appropriate measures from this analysis.
You improve our processes—you participate in the continuous improvement process, develop optimization proposals within your area of responsibility, and implement them whenever possible

Your Education and Training - You have successfully completed technical vocational training as well as training to become a master craftsman or technician
Your Experience - You have relevant professional experience in the field of bottling
