For the plant in Erfurt, we are seeking a compelling leader to serve as Plant Manager (m/f/d).
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Responsibility for production and plant operations in the areas of production and engineering at the Erfurt location
- Ensuring efficient production while adhering to quality, safety, and hygiene management standards
- Responsibility for the allocated budget and key performance indicators, including monitoring production costs and investments in coordination with senior management
- Leading and developing employees, as well as fostering a high-performing, motivating leadership culture
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A degree in engineering or business administration, or comparable training
- Several years of experience managing plants in medium-sized food companies
- A strong leadership presence combined with excellent communication skills, as well as an empathetic, authentic, and approachable personality
- An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and action-oriented approach to thinking and working

A key position of responsibility awaits you at one of the Develey Group’s most modern production sites. At the Erfurt location, you will lead a plant with approximately 145 employees and assume responsibility for a strategically important production site. Modern production facilities, short decision-making paths, and a high degree of autonomy will give you the opportunity to actively help shape the plant’s future development.
