Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Sensory and analytical quality controls
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Conducting quality-related internal audits
- Complaint management, including statistical analyses
- Developing procedures and work instructions, including product specifications
- Incoming goods inspections
- Support in the area of tea tasting
- Actively promoting a continuous improvement (CIP)/Lean culture
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a Food Technology Specialist or comparable training with experience in the food industry
- Professional experience in quality assurance in a production-related environment
- High standards of quality, hygiene, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Practical knowledge of food hygiene standards, such as HACCP, ISO, etc.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and common ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work well in a team
