YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will be responsible for brokering and selling raw milk volumes to dairies and industrial partners
- Together with internal departments (e.g., production, planning), you will actively manage surpluses and shortfalls
- Using your market acumen, you will analyze trends in the regional, national, and international raw material landscape
- You will conduct price, volume, and contract negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion
- You will develop marketing strategies, maintain existing contacts, and strategically expand your network
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in agriculture, food science, business administration, or a related field
- You have several years of professional experience in the purchasing and sales of raw milk, in the trading of agricultural commodities, or in B2B sales of related products
- You have experience dealing with markets, prices, and volumes, as well as in contract negotiations
- You stand out for your strong communication skills, initiative, confidence in negotiations, entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach to work, and proficiency with numbers and key metrics
