Your Responsibilities

You will serve as the technical anchor of the Future Food Center, our development center with an attached test production facility, and represent the Head of Development at the site while they are engaged in cross-site activities

You ensure direction, speed, and excellence in day-to-day operations, and in doing so, you not only develop innovative convenience, snack, and appetizer products yourself but, above all, help develop people

As an experienced developer, you will provide technical guidance to a dynamic team, foster a sense of personal responsibility, and guide ideas from the initial sketch through to successful market launch (without disciplinary authority)

Leading co-creation workshops with customers

Planning and overseeing customer, test, and initial production runs
- Serving as the interface between development, production, sales, and the customer

Driving force for new technologies, trends, and business opportunities
- Actively shaping the Future Food 2030 strategy

Several years of experience in food and product development
- Passion for innovation, customers, and markets
- Ability to foster professional growth and inspire others

- Strong ability to execute projects from concept through to industrial production
