Syrup Production Employee (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities will include

Then you’ve come to the right place! As a Syrup Production Employee (m/f/d), you’ll ensure that high-quality raw materials are transformed into exactly what ends up in our beverages. You’ll work independently, oversee modern production facilities, and play a vital role in our production team.
- Producing syrup and ready-to-drink beverages: You’ll blend our products according to specified recipes and ensure consistently high quality.
- Measuring out ingredients: You measure out solids and liquids precisely and carefully.
- Checking product quality: You’ll monitor key parameters such as Brix and acidity, working closely with our lab and quality management team.
- Inspecting raw materials: You receive raw materials, inspect them, and ensure they are used properly.
- Ensuring cleanliness: You perform CIP cleanings on the equipment and clean the syrup room, the tank farm, and the associated equipment.
- Keeping track of everything: You document production and cleaning processes, maintain batch and cleaning logs, and ensure batch traceability.
- Supporting technical operations: You assist with maintenance work and help keep our equipment running reliably.
- Preventing losses: You’ll actively work to reduce product losses and unnecessary downtime.
- Succeeding together: You’ll work closely with production, the lab, and quality management, helping to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- A completed vocational training program, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing sector
- Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and modern production processes
- Experience working with inventory management systems and MS Office
- A strong awareness of hygiene and quality
- Technical understanding and an interest in production equipment
- An independent, meticulous, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation
