YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will further develop the quality management systems (including the IFS Broker Standard) and ensure their implementation
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards, and for integrating new legal and regulatory requirements into operational processes
- You will prepare for certification audits, support them, and coordinate the resulting actions
- You will handle customer and supplier complaints, respond to quality-related customer inquiries, and coordinate collaboration with testing laboratories, certification bodies, suppliers, and customers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience in quality management within the food industry
- You have experience with quality management standards (e.g., IFS) and are familiar with food safety regulations
- You stand out for your communication skills (German and fluent English), a structured and goal-oriented approach to work, pragmatism, initiative, the ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
