You are a driving force (m/f/d), strategic sparring partner (m/f/d) and bridge builder (m/f/d) between markets, functions and cultures. Together with international colleagues, you will shape our portfolio along the entire product life cycle - from the initial idea to successful market development worldwide. In concrete terms, this means

• You will have strategic responsibility for our EMEA product portfolio and you will play an active role in shaping the portfolio of our regional headquarters
• You will lead a team of 7 people
• Together with Market & Business Insights, you will analyze international markets, consumer trends and competitive developments and translate findings into clear portfolio and growth strategies
• You prioritize products, innovations and investments based on sound business analyses
• You develop convincing value propositions that offer our customers real added value
• You work closely with marketing, sales, R&D and consumer insights - across national borders
• You accompany product launches, relaunches and portfolio adjustments in different regions
• You monitor relevant KPIs and derive recommendations for action for management and stakeholders
• You track portfolio transparency and streamlining processes

• Qualifications: A degree in food technology, food chemistry, natural sciences or a comparable field of study and/or appropriate training and further education
• Experience: Several years of sound professional experience in portfolio, product or strategy management in the flavor industry
• Knowledge: Very good understanding of product life cycles, market mechanisms and competitive analysis. You regularly use your very good English skills in a business environment
• Competencies : Team leadership skills, analytical strength, structured way of working and a good sense of priorities
• Soft skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and sense of responsibility
