Your Responsibilities
- Results-oriented management of the entire production operation and technical systems
- Leading, developing, and motivating employees in production and engineering
- Harmonizing and closely integrating production and engineering
- Analyzing, standardizing, and optimizing production processes
- Establishing, implementing, and further developing an effective key performance indicator (KPI) management system
- Ensuring product quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety in compliance with all relevant standards (including IFS), as well as participating in audits
Your Profile
- Completed education in food engineering/technology, process engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in industrial food production
- In-depth knowledge of managing and optimizing production processes, including experience with key performance indicator systems
- Experience in planning and implementing capital investment and expansion projects
- Proficiency in adhering to quality and hygiene standards in the food industry (e.g., IFS, HACCP)
