  • As part of a succession plan, a Senior KAM (m/f/d) is now being sought for the REWE Group to expand cooperation at national and regional level and with cooperation partners

YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Strategic and operational management of the top account REWE Group for the brand and private label areas as well as management and development of a team of 3 regional Key Account Managers
  • Responsibility for negotiations on prices, conditions and framework conditions, with full sales & turnover responsibility
  • Constant analysis of competitive positions and product ranges and derivation of specific recommendations for action
  • Optimization of product range and (fine) distribution with a strong focus on the development of new business, roll-out of new products
  • Management of tender business and PLB value-added concepts
  • Systematic and KPI-based customer management
  • Close cooperation with relevant interfaces to the brand (AD, Marketing, MaFo) and for PLB (Purchasing, Controlling, Product Development)

YOUR PROFILE

  • In-depth knowledge of the German retail landscape, especially in the support of REWE centers and regions
  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a national KAM with expertise in the vertical support of national and regional headquarters
  • Profound expertise in the usual KAM processes & methods in the classic brand business (focus) and also in the PLB business
  • Conceptual strength, ideally CatMgt knowledge and/or background from related areas such as trade/shopper marketing, at the same time hands on
  • Real networker in the market & team player with motivating interaction with internal interfaces
  • Ideally a degree in business administration or comparable training
