We are an established company in the food industry with approximately 65 dedicated employees. At our facility, we process and refine fresh, dried, and frozen mushrooms as well as dried vegetables, and we produce frozen ready-to-eat meals containing mushrooms.
High-quality raw materials, natural ingredients, and the highest standards of quality and food safety form the foundation of our success. For many years, we have been working successfully with well-known clients in the food retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.
We are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible—someone who wants to make a difference with us over the long term.
Your Responsibilities
- Selling our products to food retailers, wholesalers, and the food processing industry
- Supporting and developing our existing customers
- Actively acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing and following up on quotes, as well as conducting sales and contract negotiations
- Providing professional advice to our customers and building long-term customer relationships
- Monitoring the market and competition
Your Profile
- Completed business apprenticeship or degree in business administration
- Passion for sales and a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor
- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently and focus on finding solutions
- Very good English skills
