YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for a production site and ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-oriented operations
- You will lead and develop the production, engineering, logistics, and site administration departments and foster a high-performing, motivating leadership culture
- You will be responsible for the plant’s budget, including the control of production costs and investments
- You will ensure compliance with the highest standards in product quality, workplace safety, hygiene, and orderliness
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You hold a college degree in a technical or food-related field and have in-depth industry knowledge
- You have several years of experience managing plants or operations in the food industry
- You are a strong communicator and team player with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, and you have a keen eye for the big picture and what is feasible
- You take an entrepreneurial approach, make clear decisions, and impress others with your assertiveness and communication skills at all levels
