- The company produces both branded and private-label products and enjoys a strong reputation thanks to its flexibility and innovative strength
- The company is currently planning a significant expansion of its production capacity and, at the same time, the modernization of its ERP system, which will also be used to manage the operational processes of sales, inventory, and production planning (S&OP)
- Against this backdrop, we are seeking the future Head of the Order Center (m/f/d), who will be responsible for managing S&OP across all departments in coordination with the relevant interfaces
- The future job holder will have the opportunity to play a key and active role in shaping the S&OP process during the ERP design phase
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and leading the new Order Center with responsibility for the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Serving as the internal project lead for the implementation of the new ERP system in collaboration with the external implementation partner, with a particular focus on the digital transformation of S&OP
- Ensuring the successful implementation and active involvement of all internal stakeholders in the S&OP process as part of their day-to-day operations
- Responsibility for sales planning and order processes
- Leading regular meetings in the S&OP planning cycle covering sales planning, inventory & production planning, and involving relevant supply chain colleagues (inventory management, scheduling, production)
- Ensuring robust operational management of order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and service quality (KPI-based)
- Reporting directly to senior management

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in S&OP within the food industry, operational expertise in demand planning, supplemented by experience in supply chain planning
- Experience working with ERP systems in day-to-day operations, expertise in system implementations and related change and project management activities
- A structured and results-oriented approach to work with a hands-on mindset, as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
- A solid understanding of interfaces and processes in procurement, logistics, and production, as well as the required service quality for supplying large retail customers
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, production, or a comparable qualification
