Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the CEO of MEGGLE Holding SE on strategic and operational matters with a focus on the Consumer Products business unit
- Independently leading and managing cross-functional projects and ensuring continuous project monitoring from initiation through successful implementation
- Analyzing business contexts and preparing well-founded decision-making documents, management reports, and presentations
- Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and consistently tracking agreed-upon measures and objectives
- Further development and management of meaningful reporting for the national and international subsidiaries of the Consumer Products Business Unit
- Coordinating cross-departmental and cross-location issues and working closely with national and international executives in the Consumer Products Business Unit
- Preparing, organizing, and following up on management meetings, and ensuring transparent documentation and communication of the results
- Handling special strategic and operational matters in the CEO’s immediate circle
Your Profile
- A successfully completed college degree with a focus on business administration or in the food, dairy, or milk industry
- Several years of professional experience in project management, consulting, a strategic staff function, or a comparable position at an internationally active industrial company
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues, analyze them, and present findings in a manner tailored to the audience
- Experience in independently managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various departments and management levels
- A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work, combined with pragmatism, a high degree of initiative, and a strong aptitude for numbers
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to reconcile differing interests and drive initiatives forward in a goal-oriented manner
- High flexibility and willingness to undertake regular domestic and international business travel
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
