You’ll work under an annual work-time account of 1,239 hours, typically 103 hours per month.
On your workdays, you’ll work 8 hours each day.
You’ll be assigned flexibly to various workstations in production, including baking, preparation, assembly, and packaging.
You operate machines and equipment, perform simple cleaning tasks, and produce semi-finished goods, among other things.
You adhere to standards regarding quality, performance, organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in food processing.
You are able to handle physically demanding work and various tasks on the production floor.
You are already demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to work hard in your current job.
You have no problem working shifts (early, late, or night).
A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and reliability come as naturally to you as teamwork and communication skills.
You have a good command of written and spoken German.
