European Convenience Food GmbH (ECF), headquartered in Garrel, is an established manufacturer of high-quality frozen convenience products for the foodservice market. The company employs approximately 200 people and has been part of the French LDC Groupe since late 2024. Investments in new production lines and products are intended to further develop the facility and position it for growth. Take on a key role in this transformation process and actively help shape the future of the plant!
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will lead and develop the Production, Engineering, Logistics/Shipping, and Work Planning departments, which together comprise approximately 150 employees
- You will lead, develop, and motivate your teams and manage the plant using key performance indicators, budgets, and target agreements
- You will strategically advance the site and successfully implement investments in new production lines, products, and growth
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- After completing a master craftsman’s apprenticeship in the food industry or a relevant degree program, you have several years of leadership experience in the food industry, ideally in meat processing
- You have extensive experience in meat processing as well as knowledge of production control, Lean/OPEX/CIP, food regulations, occupational safety, and IFS
- You lead with clarity, authority, and assertiveness; you take a hands-on approach and communicate confidently in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
