Here’s where you can make a difference and take on responsibility:
Production shift supervisor
Responsible for production output
Ensuring the flow of information across 3 shifts
Preparing shift schedules and production reports
Ensuring the effectiveness of the HACCP program
Ensuring the quality of manufactured products and compliance with quality standards (including foreign object management)
Responsible for reviewing documentation from individual departments
Reducing downtime and scrap rates by applying CIP tools and actively participating in the CIP process
Active participation in production
Training employees
Reporting machine damage and assisting with repairs
Responsibility for compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness
Developing and implementing onboarding plans for new employees
You have:
Completed vocational training, ideally with further education (master craftsman/technician) in the food industry
Leadership experience is desirable
Organizational skills characterized by open communication and the ability to get things done
High level of commitment and a responsible, independent, and team-oriented attitude
Experience with MS Office
Required: Willingness to work an adjusted shift schedule
