Bad Dürrheimer is a regionally based, independent mineral water company in Baden-Württemberg. At two production facilities, up to 700,000 bottles of natural mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages are bottled daily. Since its founding in 1958, Bad Dürrheimer has been bottling natural mineral water and mineral water-based soft drinks. Organizing, monitoring, and operating the glass and PET production line
Ensuring that specified production volumes and quality standards are met
Serving as the point of contact for production management regarding ongoing production
Optimizing production processes
Training existing and new staff
Managing production processes
Documenting production data
Completed technical training and professional experience—ideally in the food or beverage production sector
Initial experience in a leadership or coordination role
Strong technical understanding and confidence in operating production equipment
A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured approach to work
Knowledge of relevant hygiene, quality, and occupational safety regulations
