Hamfelder Hof Bauernmeierei GmbH & Co. KG is the hub of a consortium of Bioland farms in northern Germany. As an independent organic dairy, we process only milk from our own farms to produce long-life and traditional fresh milk, cream, buttermilk, curdled milk, sour cream butter, and yogurt. Inspection of finished products and sorting them into the appropriate packaging and shipping crates
Adherence to cleaning schedules and ensuring impeccable workplace hygiene
Monitoring material replenishment
Ensuring the proper storage and handling of materials
Assisting in the optimization of workflows and machine processes
Compliance with hygiene guidelines, work instructions, and regulations regarding environmental protection, occupational safety, and quality management
Completed vocational training is an advantage but not required; career changers are also welcome
Interest in production processes and technical equipment
A sense of responsibility and high standards for product and process quality
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Willingness to work shifts; the regular work schedule is currently a day shift Monday through Friday, but can be adjusted to early or late shifts as needed
