Microbiological, sensory, and chemical-physical analyses of our raw materials, ingredients, intermediate products, finished products, and water
Sampling, sample recording, sample management, and documentation of test results
Conducting incoming goods inspections for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials
Conducting hygiene inspections and environmental checks, as well as evaluation and documentation
Assisting with the handling of quality deviations and customer complaints, as well as root cause analyses and corrective actions
Calibration and monitoring of our measuring and testing equipment
Collaboration in quality assurance and quality management, as well as in the further development of testing, hygiene, and laboratory processes
Completed vocational training as a dairy laboratory technician or a comparable qualification in the food industry
Professional experience in a laboratory, in quality assurance, or in food production is desirable
A sense of responsibility and the ability to work carefully and independently
A strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and operational processes
