The facility in England is set to undergo significant expansion through investments in new technologies and additional capacity. A new site manager is sought to take on this exciting challenge, which offers considerable scope for shaping the future. A commitment of at least five years is desired and guaranteed.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Assume overall responsibility for a production site with approximately 100 employees and successfully lead it in the areas of safety, quality, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Consistently further develop the organization, processes, and teams, and drive lean manufacturing, productivity, and cost optimization throughout the entire value chain
- Lead the plant’s transformation through investments in new technologies and production capacities, particularly in the areas of UHT and high-value-added dairy products
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Several years of leadership and production experience in the dairy industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant food safety standards
- Proven expertise in UHT and aseptic production processes, as well as experience in investment, change, and optimization projects
- You stand out for your leadership skills, pragmatism, and ability to get things done, as well as your excellent command of English;
German is a plus
