Dairy Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Compliance with IFS Food requirements in the area of quality assurance
- Independently conducting all tests, including chemical-physical and microbiological analyses of cheese, whey powder, cream, and milk and whey concentrates
- Operating NIR analyzers
- Collecting samples and conducting hygiene inspections
- Documenting all data, records, and evaluations
- Monitoring of testing equipment
- Participation in continuous improvement processes
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training
- Professional experience in the food industry, ideally in the dairy processing industry
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
