Your future area of responsibility:
- Management and scheduling of employees in the technical area
- Ensuring the preventive maintenance of machines and systems in accordance with maintenance schedules
- monitoring and continuous control of technical processes
- Analyzing technical processes and developing and implementing optimization measures
- Analyzing malfunctions and introducing sustainable solutions to prevent breakdowns
- Planning requirements for spare parts, materials and resources
- Quality control of the work carried out and results
- Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and technical solutions
- Contact person for external partners as well as coordination and evaluation of offers and services
- Close cooperation with other departments for the holistic optimization of production processes
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in a technical function, ideally in the food industry
- Experience in technical improvement projects and process optimization
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to actively share knowledge and experience
- Structured and organized way of working
- High resilience, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
