YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will take on the disciplinary and technical management of the production department, develop the organizational structure further and promote the development of your employees in a targeted manner
- You will manage and implement investment projects to expand capacity and continuously optimize production processes
- You plan and coordinate production volumes in close coordination with production planning
- You are responsible for and actively drive continuous improvement processes
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in a technical field, e.g. food technology or a master craftsman/technician qualification in the food sector
- You have several years of professional experience in production management in the food industry
- You are a confident leader, confident in store floor management and know how to motivate and develop employees
- You are characterized by strong communication and teamwork skills and can communicate successfully in different cultures and at different levels
