- The company supports customers with comprehensive services in the realization of product concepts, from the idea to the recipe
- Our client supplies industrial/retail customers in DACH and globally and is considered a real "hidden champion" in its segment
- We are now looking for the "KAM PLB & Industry" (m/f/d) who, together with an excellent sales team, will exploit further potential in a market that continues to grow
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Responsible management and development of a PL & industrial customer portfolio, depending on qualifications, possibly also in international markets (existing and new customer business)
- Analyzing markets, segments & competitors and deriving implications for sales policy
- Sales & earnings planning for the customer base to be supported and proactive product range, price & condition design
- Internal & cross-functional project management of new product developments, customer services and customer-specific problem solutions
- Profit-oriented further development of the PLB product ranges
- Direct reporting line to the Managing Director Marketing & Sales

YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience as a KAM for PLB & B2B ranges in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food sector
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with expertise from multi-stage price negotiations and trained argumentation
- Experience in project work with the typical PLB interfaces, e.g. product development, product management, etc.
- convincing appearance, with enthusiasm & motivational strength
- Existing sales contacts in the German/European retail sector and the food industry
- Strong initiative and willingness to travel
- Completed studies in business administration or commercial training with corresponding advanced knowledge
- Business fluent in English
