Rausch Schokoladen is a traditional family business in the production and marketing of high-quality chocolate products, which is now managed by the 5th generation. The company has consistently specialized in chocolates made from fine cocoa. A wide range of chocolate products is produced continuously and in a highly automated process at the Peine site. As part of the reorganization of the company, this newly created position with a modern focus is to be filled at short notice.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will take responsibility for an important line group, including economic management
- You will supervise your line group on the basis of key figures and report directly to the management
- Together with your team, you will ensure smooth, trouble-free production and continuous optimization
- You build a culture in which personal responsibility and commitment are emphasized
- You work cooperatively with internal interfaces, e.g. maintenance or process engineering
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have several years of management experience from shift or department management in a comparable industrial food production, preferably in the process production of pumpable products
- You use key figures to derive optimization measures for your production lines
- You are a credible personality with "relaxed authority", clear and engaging communication, open to change and new technologies and enjoy breaking new ground in process optimization
