Karwendel-Werke Huber is a traditional family-run company in the German dairy industry, now in its 4th generation. With over 500 employees and a turnover of over € 550 million, the company is one of the largest private dairies in Germany. The well-known brands in the cream cheese and quark segment, "Exquisa" and "miree", as well as "NOA" in the vegan segment stand for high quality and special product enjoyment. Due to further expansion at the Buchloe site, the Food Process Engineering/Energy and Plant Engineering department is to be expanded by two people.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will supervise technical investment projects up to commissioning and handover to production
- You will continuously monitor production performance, plan measures and strategies to improve production processes and implement these with your colleagues in production
- You increase energy efficiency in the company and further develop plant engineering
- You will modernize the entire process control system and migrate it to a future-oriented platform
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in managing technical investment projects in the dairy industry or in dairy-specific machinery and plant engineering
- You are familiar with dairies and milk (process engineering, processing and dairy products)
- You are a communicative, cooperative personality with a healthy mix of structure and pragmatism, a high level of commitment, organizational talent, team spirit, customer orientation and cost awareness
