PRODUCTION MANAGER (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Organizational management of the production department, taking into account quality, adherence to delivery dates and productivity
- Weekly production planning in consultation with the sales department
- Specifying and monitoring the correct use of raw materials and transferring them to the merchandise management system
- active production monitoring (goods, packaging, labels, quantity, quality, CCPs)
- Monitoring of outgoing goods
- Continuous optimization of production processes
- Coordination of all necessary activities in the department to ensure food safety (compliance with HACCP & IFS Food)
- Creating work and shift schedules with personnel and deployment planning
- Management and further training of employees and trainees
- Optimizing and documenting the control system
- Reporting in writing, to the management, weekly or current immediately
Requirements (qualification) for the job holder:
- Training in the food sector
- Several years of professional experience in the food industry desirable
- Preferably initial management experience
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working combined with strong communication skills, initiative and quality awareness
- Strong IT skills (preferably CSB)
- Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
