YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Drive the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy and actively shape cross-divisional cooperation
- Ensure transparency and controllability within the company and professionalize processes, systems and structures
- Develop the organization, teams and employees and inspire them for the necessary change
- Take over the integration and optimization of the new ERP system as well as the business management of a significant investment project
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have management experience and success in the relevant area of responsibility, preferably in the food industry, with a confident handling of financing, treasury and balance sheets
- You are confident in modern controlling methods, ERP systems, BI tools and managing complex investment projects
- An entrepreneurial, pragmatic leadership personality with an analytical eye, strong decision-making skills and enjoyment of working in partnership round off your profile
