HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

We’re looking for a strong leader to fill the role of Sales Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. This position includes the following tasks and areas of responsibility:

Strategy & Growth:

  • Developing sustainable sales strategies and concepts, long-term partnerships, and sales channels for the organic retail sector (brick-and-mortar and online)
  • Market and competitive analysis, identifying market opportunities, and setting sales targets
  • Developing new approaches and implementing corresponding measures

Leadership & Coaching:     

  • Leading regional teams (field and office) and specialty sales teams
  • Promoting a performance-oriented, professional, and supportive work environment, including motivating and developing our sales staff

Key Account & Customer Management:

  • Supporting our existing customers and building long-term, partnership-based relationships
  • Responsibility for all customer-focused initiatives

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Close, goal-oriented collaboration with management, marketing, and product management, as well as the implementation of transparent sales reporting
  • Actively shaping our wholesale product range and the bioladen* brand
  • Optimizing, digitizing, and improving the efficiency of processes
