Frischli Milchwerke GmbH is a successful family business with over 120 years of tradition and is one of the most modern dairies in Germany. With around 1,000 employees at four locations and an annual turnover of around EUR 900 million, frischli produces high-quality dairy products and plant-based alternatives for retail, industry and food service. The position of plant manager at the Eggenfelden site, which is of great strategic importance within the frischli Group, is being filled for age-related reasons.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will take over the holistic management of the Eggenfelden production site
- You will ensure stable, sustainable plant operations and play an active role in the management team
- You will consistently develop processes, organization and technology to increase efficiency
- You will manage production, resources and quality, environmental and safety standards on the basis of clear key figures
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in food technology or a comparable qualification, ideally with a background in the dairy industry
- You have sound production and technical expertise
- You have experience in audits, quality assurance and in the management of companies based on key figures and investments
- You are a confident leader with strong implementation skills and an appreciative management style
