Your Responsibilities
Support our Research and Development department from concept development through raw material selection to bringing our products to production readiness.
- You’ll support our Research and Development department from concept development through raw material selection to getting our products ready for production.
- In this role, you’ll take the lead and assume responsibility for development projects in the areas of desserts, yogurt, quark, and milk alternatives, while ensuring compliance with food regulations.
- You’ll play an active role in generating product innovations, working closely with Brand Management, Quality Assurance, Production, and Controlling.
- In addition, you will oversee the continuous improvement of existing products and their production processes.
- As a product developer, you’ll oversee the entire development process—from trials on pilot-scale equipment to full-scale trials and final implementation in production.
- Naturally, you will also evaluate and document the results and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and testing our recipes.
- Conducting and leading taste tests to determine the next steps is also part of your responsibilities.
- You will support product developers at other national and international locations in accordance with your area of responsibility.
Here’s what we’re looking for
- You’ll be ideally suited for these tasks if you have a degree in food technology/chemistry, nutritional sciences, or a comparable education.
- In addition, you have professional experience in the development of white-line dairy products.
- You are familiar with the fundamentals of food law and process engineering, and you also have a thorough understanding of the technology and composition of dairy products.
- You also have strong English skills and proficiency in database use.
- On a personal level, you stand out for your creativity, ability to work in a team, strong sense of initiative, and responsible work ethic.
