The New Originals Company is a leading European manufacturer of tofu and plant-based foods with production facilities in several European countries. The company combines traditional tofu expertise with innovation, sustainability, and growth, and aims to actively help shape a new European food culture. The Wiesbaum facility plays a central role in this effort.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- You will assume overall responsibility for the production site and ensure that targets are met
- You will manage production, maintenance, and technical services, and drive the continuous improvement of processes and key performance indicators
- You will further develop your department heads, promote personal accountability, and strengthen the performance culture
- You will implement CAPEX projects, prioritize, and evaluate investments based on their return on investment (ROI)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You have successfully completed a degree, e.g., in engineering, production management, food technology, or a comparable field, combined with relevant experience
- You have several years of leadership and production experience within the food industry, as well as, ideally, experience in turnaround, restructuring, or reorganization situations
- You have in-depth knowledge of production management, food safety, hygiene, HSE, lean management, and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- You stand out for your leadership and execution skills, pragmatism, enthusiasm for change and growth, and excellent German and English language skills
