You’ll maintain a clear overview even during complex production processes and ensure that materials, capacity, and deadlines are optimally coordinated. You’ll be responsible for planning our products in coordination with Sales and Production Management
You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling orders and, based on this, creating reliable reports (e.g., weekly production schedule, daily production schedule, and daily powdering schedule)
You’ll act as a confident liaison between Sales and Production with the goal of optimizing the flow of goods and increasing customer satisfaction by setting realistic deadlines during production planning
You’ll keep a close eye on the production and packaging processes at all times, with a focus on ensuring and optimizing these processes
In addition, you will prepare status and forecast reports (e.g., capacity planning) for internal and external decision-makers and provide compelling, objective recommendations for action when conflicts of interest or conflicting goals arise
You have completed vocational training, a college degree, or have a comparable qualification, and have already gained professional experience in production planning
Ideally, you already have experience with the SAP ERP system, are proficient in MS Office, and have a good understanding of business processes
Your strengths include a strong ability to work in a team and a structured, analytical approach to your work.
A good balance between a strategic approach and a hands-on mindset rounds out your profile.
