You will be responsible for managing the entire bottling team and for the ongoing optimization of the bottling process
You will coordinate and oversee all related activities
You will plan measures to prepare for and/or improve production steps
You will coordinate and review all measures with regard to deadlines, costs, specifications, and quality guidelines (IFS)
Early detection of any damage and arranging for repairs
You will arrange for the documentation of the respective bottling and quality-related processes and review them
You will be responsible for the further development of work and procedure instructions
You will be responsible for planning employee training and continuing education programs
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable IMS measures
You have completed vocational training as a master craftsman, technician, or hold a degree in the field of beverages, food, or brewing, or you have completed training or a degree program with extensive professional experience in a comparable field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a position of responsibility or leadership in the food and beverage manufacturing sector is desirable.
Proof of leadership experience in the production sector is an advantage.
You are proficient in using MS Office programs.
