You will set up, operate, and reliably monitor fully automated packaging lines for nut and dried fruit products in various weights and sizes.
You will control and adjust machine parameters to ensure the required product quality at all times.
You monitor the entire production process while adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
You take responsibility for setup and cleaning tasks and resolve minor malfunctions independently.
You carefully document the production process, ensuring traceable workflows.
You actively contribute to order, cleanliness, and a safe work environment.
As a machine operator, you are an important part of our production team. Look forward to a modern work environment, clear processes, and a team that embodies teamwork and mutual support.
You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator or obtained a comparable qualification. A career change is also possible.
You have a good technical understanding and, ideally, have experience operating machinery as well as solid computer skills.
Experience working with food products is a plus.
As a team player, you work reliably, carefully, and in an organized manner.
You are willing to work in a three-shift system.
