- Our client is the German sales & marketing company of an internationally active joint venture between the top FMCG players Lactalis and Nestlé
- The company focuses on indulgent fresh products under the Nestlé Group brands and generates sales in the 2-digit million € range in Germany, with considerable growth potential
- The innovative and indulgent product ranges are distributed via traditional food retailers and discounters
- The aim is to exploit the brand and portfolio potential in the German market and to successfully drive forward brand activation
- Against this background, we are looking for a modern Marketing Manager (m/f/d), reporting to the Managing Director DE, who will develop and implement the brand strategy and marketing activities
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Operational management of the German marketing team and strategic development of the brand & product portfolio in DE (innovation & renovation) for successful growth
- Planning and operational management of the marketing & media budget as well as managing the cooperation with external agencies
- Development of brand communication in line with a modern 360-degree approach as well as trade marketing & activation measures
- Development & management of digital communication measures in particular and use of AI-based marketing tools
- Analysis of trends to identify growth potential
- Close cooperation with sales and supply chain management to coordinate execution and volume planning as well as with the international marketing team in France and the JV partners

YOUR PROFILE
- Many years of professional & management experience in food marketing as well as in the management of A-brands with a modern 360-degree perspective (ATL, BTL, digital)
- Mastery of the relevant working methods in marketing & trade marketing, operationally and strategically
- Experienced with holistic communication, especially in the area of all social media and new AI tools
- Strong analytics with a clear "consumer centric mindset"
- Experience with international matrix organizations and cross-functional product, innovation & project management
- Completed studies in the field of business administration (ideally with a focus on marketing)
- Very good written & spoken English; ideally good knowledge of French
