Would you like to work with a dedicated team to take the quality of our powdered products to the next level? Then join our team in Lauben. As Head of Quality Assurance, you’ll play a central role in further developing our QA system for powdered products in the pharmaceutical, infant nutrition, food, and sports nutrition sectors.
What you can achieve:
- Responsibility for the quality assurance of our milk, whey, and lactose powder products
- Technical and managerial leadership, as well as the further development of the QA team (4 employees)
- Actively establishing and further developing a transparent, modern, and efficient quality structure
- Further development of the QA system
- Designing and optimizing quality and testing processes throughout the entire value chain
- Ensuring compliance with relevant norms, standards, and regulatory and customer-specific requirements
- Preparation, support, and follow-up for internal and external audits
- Management of nonconformity, complaint, and risk management processes
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners
What strengths you bring to the role:
- A degree in food technology, food chemistry, pharmacy, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the QA/QM field within the food, pharmaceutical, or baby food industry, ideally with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, IFS, as well as pharmaceutical and infant-specific guidelines)
- Proficiency in QM documentation systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Enthusiasm for modern quality processes and their continuous improvement
- A structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work
