INTERNSHIP IN INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS (M/F/D)

Location: Frankfurt | Work hours: 40h | Contract: 5–6 months | Start: Mid-August 2026

Dive into the world of internal communications! As an intern with us, you’ll be part of a creative and dedicated team that works every day to inspire and connect our employees worldwide. Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Creative Content Pro: Whether it’s text, images, or videos—you’ll create diverse content for our internal platforms, including our company magazine, social media tools, the intranet, and our Business TV.
• Organize and help shape events: You’ll play a key role in planning and executing internal events and digital streaming events—from concept to execution.
• Bringing brands to life: Implement your own projects and help colleagues get to know brands like NESCAFÉ, SMARTIES, or MAGGI.
• Analysis & Insights: Conduct research, create presentations, and analyze campaign results (KPIs).

HOW WE’RE A GOOD FIT:

• Degree: You are studying media, communication, humanities, business, or a related field, or you are taking a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
• Work experience: Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in journalism, corporate communications, or at a media agency.
• Work Style: You work independently, reliably, and responsibly.
• Mindset: You’re passionate about digital media, bring creativity to the table, and enjoy working with a team on new ideas.
• Tools: You are already familiar with Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
• Language: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
