Your tasks
- Operating, monitoring and controlling the spray drying tower (incl. peripherals)
- Control and documentation of process parameters (temperatures, pressures, humidity, throughput, etc.)
- monitoring product quality in accordance with IFS Food/HACCP
- Carrying out start-up, transfer and shutdown processes
- Assisting with CIP cleaning and simple maintenance and servicing work
- Recognizing and reporting malfunctions and initiating initial countermeasures
- Close cooperation with quality assurance, technology and shift management
Your profile
- Completed technical or food technology training (e.g. dairy technologist, food technology specialist, plant/machine operator)
- Experience in spray drying or in the operation of process plants is an advantage
- Technical understanding and strong process thinking
- Willingness to work shifts
- High level of quality and hygiene awareness
- Reliable, structured and responsible way of working
