Your tasks
- P&L management and continuous development of the entire company
- Securing and strategically expanding the market and brand position
- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with all operational and regulatory standards, laws and regulations
- Reporting to the shareholders
Your profile
- Training/studies in the field of business
- Sound experience in food/FMCG sales (brand & private label) with a resilient network in the food retail/discount sector
- We are also happy to consider committed candidates (mwd) looking to make the leap to the next level
- Structured and results-oriented way of working with convincing communication skills
- Motivating, empathetic management style with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Business fluent in German and English
